The Online Oxford AQA IAS-Level Physics course is structured around engaging and interactive modules, based on the five main teaching topics of the Oxford AQA IA-Level Physics syllabus.
Paper Breakdown
Students will be entered for two examinations for the IA-level, each taking 2 hours and marked out of 80.
Each paper has three sections:
Section A: Short and long questions (50 marks)
Section B: Data analysis and application questions (16 marks)
Section C: Multiple choice (14 marks)
The balance of marks in Section A will be about 15 marks in 4–7 short questions and 35 marks in 3–5 long questions.
Weightage of Final Assessment
Each paper is worth 50% of the AS level qualification (and 20% of the A level)
